Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please let us know as early as possible so the room can be offered to others. We may apply reasonable conditions to late changes or missed reservations, which will be made clear at the time you book.
Conduct in the venue
To keep every evening calm and private, we ask all guests to behave responsibly and to follow the reasonable requests of our staff. We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise in breach of these terms, without refund where appropriate. You are responsible for any damage caused to a room or its equipment during your visit.
Age and responsibility
Guests must meet any age requirements that apply to the venue, and a responsible adult must accompany minors where permitted. The person who makes a booking is responsible for their party during the visit.
Entertainment only
Our rooms are provided for recreational video gaming and social entertainment. No wagering, betting, or games of chance for money take place on the premises.
